    This website is AMAZING. I am here for one month and hope to see all that you write about here. One question to ask if you have it available: Is there any kind of a map that shows the locations of all your places you mention? The reason I ask is because I would love to visit them in such a way that I would know, for example, if the Metro station of note is near the small secret place you mention. That could be a great way to see places in an efficient way.

      Hello Savvas, I apologise for taking so long to reply to your message. The class I attended was quite small maybe 12 people and it lasted approximately 3 hours. I recommend that you contact Cordon Bleu directly and tell them what you would like to do and how many people you will have attending. They may offer to do a special class for your group. I do recommend them, I had a wonderful time. If you use the link I have provided, you will find a contact button on their website to email them. Good luck.

    Just thought I'd say that you've published a wonderful and useful blog on Paris, filled with the usual practical stuff plus the "Oh my God!" revaluations that make the city my favorite place in the world. I remember the day I first saw the angel outside Arts and Metiers. My reaction was like yours... Every late summer and fall I stay here for a week at an inexpensive dorm on the Blvd. St Michael. I type; I walk the streets; I see museum exhibits; I gawk. I get more done and think more clearly here than any other place on earth. D Miller Austin TX
